Job position: PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary: As a member of the team, the project manager is responsible for design and programing databases to customer specifications while coordinating between implementation, sales and customers to ensure the goals of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget.

Essential Functions:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving a variety of software programming issues
  • Installation and configuration of Aloha POS software
  • Responding to customer’s cases in a timely and effective manner by providing accurate solutions to a variety of problems
  • Learning new products and features so you can effetely support our customers
  • Travel throughout the tristate area and occasionally nationally as required to perform system installations and customer training
  • Train and provide on-site live support for new and current customers
  • Other job related duties as designed

Specific Skills:

  • Ability to work independently yet within company guidelines
  • Ability to self-teach yourself new products and troubleshoot issues
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Previous Aloha experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to listen to a customer needs and provide the best solution
  • Must be open to flexible schedule and hours
  • Ability to learn quickly and perform well under pressure
